The fastest prediction-market withdrawal is Kalshi to a debit card, which usually arrives within a few hours. A Polymarket withdrawal on the US app takes 3–4 business days and must go back to the method you deposited with. Novig often processes withdrawals within minutes, unless a manual review (usually under 24 hours) is needed. None of the three charges a withdrawal fee as of October 2026. Below are the exact steps, timings and fixes for each, from their own help centres.

Timing and fees: all methods are free. Debit cards are usually the fastest (“within a few hours”), crypto takes about 30 minutes (and needs a prior crypto deposit), and bank transfers take “a few business days.” Bank, PayPal and Venmo withdrawals are for US users only. Withdrawal limits are personal: “a daily withdrawal limit that is personalized to your account and increases with account activity.”
Holds: card and ACH deposits are withdrawable to the same method once the deposit settles, and to a different method “up to 2 days after settlement.” PayPal, Venmo, crypto and wire deposits have no hold. Money in open positions isn’t available until you close them.
If it’s stuck: your card issuer may have declined it. Kalshi says you can retry within 24 hours, and declined funds return to your balance at no cost. Payment-processor compliance reviews “typically take 3–5 business days.”
The rules that trip people up:
If it’s stuck: Polymarket US’s troubleshooting page lists three common errors. “Withdrawal unavailable” means the deposit hasn’t cleared. “Wrong withdrawal method” means you need to use your deposit method. “ACH rejected” means you need to re-link your correct bank. All withdrawals also go through anti-money-laundering review, which can add time. Contact support@polymarket.us with the exact error code.
The international site works only in crypto. You go to Portfolio → Withdraw, enter a wallet address and choose the token, amount and network. Polymarket says withdrawals “are instant and free,” though network times vary. Your pUSD is converted to USDC through a Uniswap pool, so for amounts over $50,000 it suggests splitting the withdrawal. Polymarket.com isn’t open to US residents.
Timing: “When no manual review is required and the queue is short, withdrawals can often be processed within minutes.” Manual reviews “are typically completed within 24 hours,” or 24–48 hours at busy times, and “support cannot expedite the process.” After that, your payment provider’s normal timeline applies. The minimum withdrawal is $10, and there’s no playthrough requirement on deposited funds.
What can hold it up: identity verification must be complete (“your withdrawal will be held until it’s resolved”). Deposits that haven’t cleared show as “Processing.” Money in open positions isn’t available. If 48 hours pass without a payout, contact Novig by live chat or email.
Most stuck withdrawals come down to the same few causes. Run through these before you request one:
For speed, Kalshi wins: debit-card withdrawals usually arrive within hours and crypto in about 30 minutes. Novig can be as quick when no review is triggered. Polymarket US is the slowest for most people, because deposits must clear for 3–4 business days and card or ACH payouts take another 3–4. For the full picture on each platform, see our Kalshi review, Novig review and Kalshi vs Polymarket comparison. For fees, see our Kalshi fees guide.
Debit-card withdrawals 'typically arrive back to your card within a few hours', crypto within about 30 minutes, and bank (ACH) transfers 'within a few business days', per Kalshi's help centre. All are free. Card and ACH deposits must settle before you can withdraw them.
On Polymarket US, debit-card and ACH withdrawals take 3–4 business days, and money must go back to your original funding source, oldest deposit first. On the international polymarket.com site, crypto withdrawals are described as instant and free, though network times vary.
Usually because a deposit hasn't fully cleared (3–4 business days on Polymarket US), you're using a different method from the one you deposited with, or your bank details are out of date. Promo credits can't be withdrawn at all, only eligible proceeds from them.
Novig says withdrawals without a manual review 'can often be processed within minutes.' Manual reviews usually finish within 24 hours, or up to 48 hours at busy times, and then your bank, card or Venmo's own timing applies. The minimum is $10.
