Georgia has no legal sports betting, but prediction markets are available there and we found no state enforcement against them. Every major platform, including DraftKings Predictions and FanDuel Predicts, offers sports contracts in Georgia. The only legal challenges are private lawsuits.

Yes, prediction markets are available in Georgia. As of October 17, 2026 we found no action by Georgia’s Attorney General, Governor or any state regulator against Kalshi, Polymarket US, Novig, PredictIt or other prediction markets. Because Georgia has no legal sports betting, it’s one of the states where every major platform offers sports contracts.
Georgia hasn’t legalised sports betting. The most recent effort failed in the legislature in March 2026 (reported by Legal Sports Report). We found no Georgia bill aimed specifically at prediction markets, and the CFTC hasn’t needed to sue Georgia, as it has nine other states.
The only legal challenges we found are private. Georgia residents have sued Kalshi, Robinhood and others to recover gambling losses. Bloomberg Law reported in February 2026 that Kalshi kept the case in federal court. These suits target the companies, not users, and don’t stop the platforms operating.
Georgia is on DraftKings’ “all markets” list and in FanDuel’s list of 18 Predicts states, so both sportsbook brands offer their prediction-market sports contracts here, alongside Kalshi, Polymarket US, Robinhood and Novig (21+). Yes, as of October 2026. We found no action by Georgia's Attorney General, Governor or any regulator against Kalshi or other prediction markets. Georgia residents have filed private lawsuits against Kalshi and Robinhood seeking to recover gambling losses, but those don't stop the platforms operating.
No. Georgia hasn't legalised sports betting; the latest attempt failed in the legislature in March 2026. That's why sportsbook brands DraftKings and FanDuel offer their prediction-market sports contracts in Georgia.
Yes. Both offer sports contracts in Georgia, which is on DraftKings' 'all markets' list and FanDuel's list of 18 states where its Predicts sports offers apply.
