Nebraska allows sports betting only at its racetrack casinos. The Racing and Gaming Commission says “sports wagers must be placed in person at an approved sportsbook window or wagering kiosk,” that “online and mobile sports wagering are not currently authorized,” and that bettors must be 21. The first bets were taken at WarHorse Lincoln on June 22, 2023.
Per the Flatwater Free Press, Attorney General Mike Hilgers has backed California tribes’ lawsuit against Kalshi, and WarHorse’s tribal owner wants him to issue cease-and-desist orders. He also signed the October 2026 states’ brief at the US Supreme Court. We found no Nebraska enforcement so far. See is Kalshi legal?
