Oklahoma has no legal sports betting, and its Attorney General calls sports prediction markets 'unequivocally gambling,' but as of October 2026 we found no Oklahoma enforcement against any platform. Kalshi's October 2026 deals with Oklahoma tribes have drawn pushback from the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association.

Prediction markets are available in Oklahoma, but state officials are hostile. As of October 18, 2026, Oklahoma’s Attorney General says sports prediction markets are gambling, yet we found no cease-and-desist order or lawsuit against Kalshi, Polymarket US, Novig or PredictIt.
Oklahoma has no legal sports betting. HB 1047, which would have added sports betting to the state’s tribal gaming compacts, passed the House in March 2025 but failed in the Senate 21–27 on April 22, 2026. The chairman of the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association told News 9 that prediction markets look “just like sports betting.”
In 2026 Attorney General Gentner Drummond led a 41-jurisdiction comment letter to the CFTC: “This is unequivocally gambling, which means it belongs under State authority.” Oklahoma also signed the October 2026 states’ brief at the US Supreme Court. Neither is enforcement against a platform. See is Kalshi legal?
In October 2026, OKCFox reported that four Native American tribes had partnered with Kalshi on new prediction apps, and that the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association says such apps undermine the tribes’ gaming compacts. One partner, Oklahoma’s Alabama-Quassarte Tribal Town, is in a leadership dispute, and Front Office Sports reports that one faction says it never authorised any deal; Kalshi says the agreement was signed.
With no sportsbooks, DraftKings lists Oklahoma among its Predictions states and FanDuel lists it in its Predicts offer terms. Kalshi, Polymarket US, Novig, PredictIt and Robinhood are also available. Compare every state in our legality tracker.
