Oregon’s position

Oregon’s sports betting is run by the Oregon Lottery, with DraftKings as the only statewide mobile app and in-person betting at tribal casinos. Per Action Network, the lottery app takes no bets on college sports and bettors must be 21. Oregon signed the October 2026 states’ brief at the US Supreme Court, but we found no Oregon enforcement, and Pew Research Center’s June 2026 tracker shows no Oregon prediction-market bill.

The Kalshi class action

A private class action, reported as Reynolds v. Kalshi (D. Or. 3:26-cv-00336, filed February 20, 2026), claims Kalshi runs an unlicensed sportsbook and seeks to recover Oregonians’ losses under state law. It’s a private suit, not state enforcement. See is Kalshi legal?
