Wyoming’s position
Wyoming legalised online sports wagering in 2021 (HB 133), regulated by the Wyoming Gaming Commission. The law is unusual in two ways: it covers online betting only, which “shall not include or be conducted from any physical location,” and its minimum age is 18. Attorney General Keith Kautz signed the October 2026 states’ brief at the US Supreme Court, but we found no Wyoming enforcement, and Pew Research Center’s June 2026 tracker shows no Wyoming prediction-market bill.
